Symptom
Pressing Up lowers the shade.
Pressing Down raises the shade.
Cause
The shade has moved past its intended lower limit, causing the internal pulley system to reverse orientation.
Fix
Enter CONFIG mode: Press and hold the recessed button (RBP) on the back of the remote for 3 seconds until the shade "jogs" and a green light blinks.
Fully lower the shade: Use the Up button (since directions are reversed) to lower the shade until it reaches its mechanical end of travel (approx. 90”). Ensure the area is clear of obstructions.
Correct the orientation: At its lowest point, the shade will pause and automatically reverse to the correct orientation.
Raise the shade: Press Up and confirm that the shade starts to raise.
Reset the lower limit:
Use Up and Down to position the shade at your window sill. Press and hold Center and Down together until the shade jogs.
It will then rise to set the upper limit and exit CONFIG mode.
Test: Run one full cycle to confirm the direction and alignment are correct.

The shade still moves in the wrong direction.
The shade remains uneven after multiple full travel cycles.
The shade does not respond to the remote.
The shade stops unexpectedly during travel.
