Mado Dynamic

As of June 2026, the Mado Home app (<a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.klondike59.mado&amp;pcampaignid=web_share" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Beta Release</a>) is available for Android users.

If your Android phone does not already have Google Home installed, you will also need to install it for Mado Home to work properly.

You can now update your shade’s firmware to a fully Matter-certified version. This is required so Matter-compatible smart home platforms with Thread technology (Apple Home, Google Home, Samsung SmartThings, Alexa) can recognize the shade and connect with it. 

You can also enable advanced "Eco" mode features that enable automatic raising and lowering of the shades based on your location, the windows orientation and time.

The Mado Home Android (Beta) app has all the features that the Mado Home iOS app for Apple Users has. A production release will be available in the near future. 

If you are using an Android phone, you can install and use your C-Series motorized shade with the included physical remote today. Smart home setup is available using the Mado Home app for Android which is currently in Beta.
